Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Stand Together.
Intern
It was pretty simple. First, there was a recorded interview, then a phone chat, and finally a last interview. The people interviewing were nice and the questions weren't tough if you could connect them to the non profit.
- Tell me about an admirable person you know.
Intern
I had a screener with an admin that was mostly behavioral. Then two attorneys interviewed me, and they asked more in-depth questions about my values. I didn't make it to the third round with more attorneys. They were quick to get back to me after I applied.
- Which aspect of Stand Together's mission resonates most with you?
Intern
it wasn't too hard, but must practice before. If you prepare well for the questions before the interview, it won't be too challenging. The interviewer was very kind and easy-going.
- Who is someone you admire greatly?
