I submitted my application online and heard back from an HR representative with a call within two weeks. My first interview was with the department director, and I was welcomed by the receptionist, an HR person, and the director. About two weeks later, I got a call for a second interview with the college president. I really liked this interview because it felt more like a chat than a formal interview. A week after that, an HR person called me to offer me the job! I was thrilled to start my new role with a great company.

I got a very last-minute interview call in the morning for the same day, and I had to adjust my schedule for it. The interview itself showed me how disorganized and unprofessional the company was. They said they would follow up within a week, but I heard nothing. I sent two follow-up emails to show I was still interested, but they never replied. This lack of communication and respect for people's time is not okay. It's really rude to leave people hanging after they put time and effort into interviewing. I'd tell other job seekers to be careful with Stanbridge University because their hiring process shows they don't respect candidates or professionalism.

It started with a lovely and interactive first interview with two ladies who seemed genuine and cared about the conversation. The final round was with the CEO, who was incompetent and made about 6 girls wait 40 minutes each for their interviews. When he apologized to me for being 40 minutes late, he was very sarcastic and disinterested, like he didn't care. I wouldn't want to work for a disorganized boss who is bad at time management.
