The first step was a recruiter call, which was pretty standard. Then there was a 30-minute "20 questions" round with a time limit of 60 seconds per question, some of which seemed totally unrelated to the job. The interviewer started by talking about his certifications before we jumped into this rapid-fire session. The next round was a panel interview with the team where they presented a case study and pushed for specific answers. The whole thing felt unstructured, with scenarios being made up on the fly. After all that, the first interviewer repeated a lot of questions and kept mentioning I was in the top 3-4 candidates and asked about my availability for further rounds with VPs. The recruiter didn't provide any updates, and the job reappeared on LinkedIn, suggesting they might not be serious about hiring.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied for this role at the start of August and things moved really fast. A recruiter reached out within days of my application, and we had a great initial call. The recruiter was super proactive, texting and emailing with updates. Then I had to complete a skills and timed writing assessment. After that, I had a virtual interview with the recruiter, which also seemed to go well. They then set up an in-person interview for the next week, which looked like it would be a panel with seven people. On the day of the interview, only two of the seven showed up. The interview itself was fine, and I thought I'd move forward to a second in-person interview with the people who missed the first one. They mentioned they were taking their time to find the right fit. I was a little surprised by the slowdown but still hopeful. This second in-person interview happened mid-August. It's now mid-September, and I haven't heard anything since, even though the recruiter promised follow-ups. I'm really disappointed by how unprofessional and disorganized it all was. They even rescheduled the in-person interview last minute and were late to it. It was even more disappointing to see the job reposted with a changed description. It's frustrating to have had things go so well and quickly at first, only to be ghosted without even a rejection. What a weird place.

They first did an online screening with HR, then a recruiter interview with HR. After that, I had an in-person interview with the director and assistant director. They asked me about my teaching style, how I handle students and clinicals, uniforms, and more. I got the offer within days via email.

Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed at Stanbridge College for the Student Services Officer position. I was a bit nervous but also excited. The receptionist was friendly and made me feel more comfortable. I noticed how the employees seemed to walk with purpose, which was inspiring. The first interview with the hiring manager was pleasant and engaging; she made me feel welcome and allowed me to express my interest in the role. Then, another executive from the Student Services team joined and provided more details about the job, which reinforced my decision to pursue this opportunity. Two days later, I had a second interview with the College President. I was anxious again but happy because the President was very engaging and interested in my perspective and the college's development. Our talk about student outcomes confirmed Stanbridge College was a great fit for my long-term goals. A week later, HR called with a job offer, which made me ecstatic as I felt I got my ideal job!
