This was a long interview process with multiple interviews and an online personality assessment. It felt more like a conversation than a test of industry knowledge. You'll need to schedule several different interviews with various people.

So, I got referred by someone who works there, and then a recruiter hit me up for a phone interview. It was like 15-20 minutes, just chatting about my background, what I'm looking for salary-wise, and if I knew what the job and company were about. It seemed to go okay, and the recruiter said I'd talk to the hiring manager. But then, before I could talk to the hiring manager, the recruiter circled back and said they noticed I didn't have a bachelor's degree, and it's a strict requirement, no exceptions, no matter your experience or skills.

The hiring process was disorganized and my time was not valued. In the third interview, the main decision-maker left after only 30 minutes, even though the meeting was scheduled for an hour. I had spent over 10 hours on interviews by the end, but still received no response. How an employer treats you during hiring is a good indicator of how they will treat you as an employee. If you feel disrespected, it's a sign to move on.
