The interview process was pretty straightforward and took about the expected time. I originally applied for a senior role, but after the screening and talking with the hiring manager, they decided I wasn't quite ready for senior but they had a standard CSM position open, which I was happy to proceed with. The final stage was a panel interview where I had to present slides about myself, my approach to the role, and why I'd be a good fit. Everyone I spoke with was nice and seemed interested, making my decision easy when the offer came. The interview wasn't overly difficult but also not too easy; it was a good balance, requiring thought without feeling like an interrogation.

I interviewed with Staffbase and then didn't hear back for a few weeks. I had to email a few times to check on my application status.

I got this job through a referral, and the recruiter reached out fast. They skipped a stage for me because I'd already talked to the hiring manager through networking. Then, I met with the Director of CS for North America twice. We talked a lot about the role and how the CS team was doing. The first chat was so good, we needed a second one! Finally, I had a panel interview to check if I'd fit with the team culture. It was fun and I learned a lot. I got an offer call about an hour after that last interview. The whole experience was energizing, and they kept me informed the whole time. It was a great process and made me feel good about joining them!
