Dave - Senior Recruiter did a fantastic job managing the interview process initially. He explained the role, the team, perks, and the company really well, making me eager to learn more. I was promptly connected with the hiring manager. The final part involved delivering a presentation and simulating a sales call with members of the local team, including the hiring manager. It was a refreshingly efficient, transparent, and prompt process. Communication was instant throughout, with clear outlines of next steps and expectations. Meeting the local team members was a definite plus.

The interview process was quite disorganized. Both my friend and I had our interview times messed up multiple times. I believe the initial instructions I got were incorrect. I received the correct instructions the day before my interview, which made me feel less prepared. After the final interview/pitch, they suggested I might be a better fit for a solutions engineer role because they thought I was more technical and less sales-oriented. They called once to schedule my second interview for that role, but when I called back, no one returned my call or sent an email. It felt like after about 6 meetings/interviews, they should have followed up. I hope they improve their organization because everyone's time is valuable. I eventually stopped trying to call or email because even if an offer came, it wasn't something I wanted to pursue anymore.

The Staffbase process was super smooth and clear. It moved pretty fast, taking only about 2 weeks, and I liked every part of it. I got to chat with several people there, some at different career points and others actually doing the job, which made me feel like it was a really good place for me culturally!
