I applied for four LPN jobs around the city. The first time, the recruiter called me, then we had a phone interview. It sounded really good. The recruiter mentioned a doctor would call if interested, and she said she'd call me back in a few days. I never heard anything. The second place was the same exact way. They say they'll call but they don't. Applying with them is a waste of time.

The first interview was a phone call that lasted under 30 minutes. The person interviewing me was super nice. Most of the questions were about my skills and experience with things I'd actually use for the job. They didn't really ask much about my personality.

Talked with the director of the department. We went over my resume and discussed the pain points and administrative support needed for marketing efforts. They described current programs, the relationship with the ad agency, and the team's dynamics. We also talked about what the day-to-day would look like and chances for career growth.

I applied online and sent my resume. After about two weeks, a recruiter emailed me to set up a phone interview. The recruiter called about fifteen minutes late for our scheduled call. The whole interview was only six minutes long. They called from a private number.
