First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at St. Peter's Health Partners.
Registered Nurse
We had a warm welcome group panel interview. I also got to tour the units I was interested in. I liked the group dynamic and teamwork I saw on the units and during the interview process. I highly recommend this hospital.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Registered Nurse
The interview process was simple, it was two interviews, one with the nurse recruiter and the second with the operations manager. I had to contact the nurse recruiter to find out if I was offered the job
- Where do you see yourself in 3 years, and where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Registered Nurse
The hiring process was really fast, I got hired in about 1-2 weeks after applying. I had an HR interview/phone interview the very next day after I applied. Then I interviewed with both HR and the unit manager, which was also pretty quick and straightforward.
