Behavioral Technical Presentation

This interview process was too long and drawn out. I had an initial screening, then a recorded HireVue interview which was also very long. After that, there was a lengthy panel interview with 5 people where they asked various STAR-based behavioral questions, which were very similar to the HireVue questions, making it redundant and not a good assessment of job capability. It seemed like they were just reading from a list of standard interview questions. Then, I was asked to meet with the manager again because a higher-up team member wanted to interview me. This was a brief and pointless interview with just two questions about my work style and a brief introduction. A few days later, I got a call saying they loved me but had many good candidates. The whole process felt like they already had internal candidates in mind, and there were too many people involved in the decision-making. It felt like they were just going through the motions without genuine intent. The third interview felt like they just wanted to get a 'feel' for me personally, not based on my work ethic. Too many steps, too many people, too many approvals. The interview itself wasn't difficult, just very repetitive. I wouldn't go through it again.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was stressful but ran smoothly. The HR team was very friendly and helpful throughout. A video interview was a required part of the selection process. There were 9 questions in total, with 20 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to answer each. Candidates were given two attempts to answer, but the second attempt could not be reviewed before submission. If you weren't happy with your first answer, the second one would be submitted as is.

The interview process consisted of 4 phases: a phone interview with the recruiter, a phone interview with the hiring manager, an in person interview with the hiring manager and the work team, and finally an in person interview with the area Executive Leader. During the initial phone interview with the recruiter, the process was explained, and everything went as described. Everyone I interacted with throughout the process was helpful, encouraging, and professional. It was a really positive experience overall!
