It was a one-on-one interview with the unit nurse manager. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, and the nurse manager was very professional. This wasn't a panel interview, which would have made me more nervous than I already was in a one-on-one setting. The nurse manager gave me a tour of the unit, introduced me to the staff, explained the scheduling process, and discussed the required computer training and resources for help. Overall, it was a pleasant and welcoming interview.
