First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at St. Joseph's/Candler Health System.
Nuclear Medicine Technologist
The interviewers were nice, patient, and kind. They answered all of my questions as best they could. The interview was short but to the point. They didn't ask any hypothetical questions, just about my goals.
- What are your current goals within nuclear medicine?
- In about 5 years, where do you envision yourself professionally?
Camarista
The process started with a rapport-building conversation, followed by the main part where we discussed my experience, skills, and strengths. They asked if I knew the company, my salary expectations, desired benefits, job functions, location preferences, and my education. We also covered my weaknesses, personal details, CV review, contract terms, and work hours.
- Can you tell me about yourself, your skills, and your salary expectations?
Respiratory Therapist
I met with the manager of the respiratory therapy department and we went on a tour of the hospital. I got to see all the departments and we went over the equipment in the ICU and NICU. I also met some employees in the bronchoscopy lab.
- Could you tell me about your previous work experience?
- What were your previous places of employment?
- What are your licensure details?
Medical Technologist
The interview process was a bit strange, I had to ask a lot of questions. They told me one salary but the actual pay was different. The manager didn't say much and I had to get information from the former manager. Sometimes the manager would just be silent and stare, I felt like I had to carry the conversation. I didn't get a formal offer for six weeks.
- Could you perform the task?
