About 3 years ago, I received a Zoom link for the interview. I talked about my goals, my availability, and why I felt this position was a good fit for me. The supervisor was really nice and it was a generally straightforward interview.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was very smooth. I went in personally to the different departments and one called me back. I had a brief phone interview and then they asked me to schedule a time to come in for a face to face interview. The entire interview lasted about an hour and change but it was more of a getting to know one another interview. It almost seemed like they wanted to just get a feel for me and if they would to work with me, not necessarily checking for qualifications.
