First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at St.George Bank.
Customer Service Advisor
Applied online, finished an online assessment and a video interview. These parts were quite simple, needing just a bit of company research. Then I got a call for an in-person interview. This was a bit tougher because they asked about company values and how I'd handle specific situations. After that, I got an email with the offer. The whole thing took about 7 weeks.
- What's your definition of excellent customer service?
Customer Service Advisor
First, there was a personality test, with easy questions that you could get through without much trouble. Then, a one-way video interview was next. You'd get a question on screen and had a limited time to answer it. If you passed that, you'd have an in-person interview with two branch managers, your manager and one from a nearby branch. If you did well in that interview, they offered you the contract after checking your background and references.
- What motivated your application for this position?
Customer Service Advisor
I applied for the job online. Then I got an email from Talent Acquisition asking me to take an online personality test. It was timed and took about 45 minutes. After that, I got another email telling me if I'd made it to the next round. I didn't get any further.
