It was a very long and boring panel interview process that took three months to get through. They requested my licence and information about my classes and courses. They are very particular about personal skills. There were four managers who had different opinions and questions about group work as a team. They also asked questions about the hospital.

I am a new grad and had an interview with the nurse recruiter which went well. Two days later, I had an interview with a nurse manager and a clinical nurse. It was very cardiac focused, and they asked about CHF and stroke care plans, and Afib medications for CHF.
