It was a long interview process. Some questions they asked weren't really relevant, and the code review help seemed pretty useless. I couldn't really get a good sense of what the job actually entailed or how the team or management operates. Also, the benefits seem a bit lacking compared to what's normal in the industry.

So I applied online and the whole thing took about two months. The first interview was with two managers. They had their cameras off and asked me to introduce myself, and then asked about specific situations and my feelings about them. They also asked about my current projects and work experience. After that first interview, they gave me a technical programming question to complete within a week, and then we had a review and assessment with the same managers. The interviews were pretty smooth overall, and they were nice and answered my questions about the job. HR gave me an offer about two weeks after that.
