The first chat was with the Director of Engineering, and it was pretty standard. We talked about my background, what tech I'm into, and my career goals. They also gave me a rundown of the company and we chatted about where they're headed. Then there was a technical part. The whole thing was pretty smooth and quick, done in under two weeks, and gave me a good feel for the job and the people.

2 Managers took turns to brief me on company rules, job scope, rules and benefits. Strictly emphasize on security. Mentioned that they preferred guys from the RSN, those guys will get permanent positions upon enrolling but for the others, they have to grind for a year before they convert you from contract based positions. Be ready for a pay + benefit cuts when you cross over from he military sector. Pay wise, you have to fight with HR Dept if you find it too low to your liking.
