You'll need to read a 20-page technical report and then solve a data engineering problem. You won't have much time to read the document, so fast reading and strong coding skills are a must. We're looking for people with a solid industrial background.

We started with some personal questions, then moved to skill set questions. There were also written questions, and then group or panel questions. They checked past experiences. We had case-based skill questions and a technical skill test with multiple choice questions. There was also a programming test and a current technology knowledge test.

Engineer
There were two interviews. The first was with HR to go over the compensation package. The second was with the hiring manager to discuss your interests, skills, and personality. Your chances are better if you perform well during your internship, so plan your internship wisely if you're looking for a career there. It's a project-based environment, so having project-related qualifications like PMP or past project experience would be beneficial.
