Engineer
I put in my application on their website and got contacted for an interview pretty quickly, within two weeks. The first step was a 45-minute test where I had to work with 3D CAD drawings, tackle some engineering problems and calculations, and answer questions about my personal abilities. After that, I had an interview with two senior engineers that went on for a bit over an hour.
