Typically, the interview process has about 4 to 5 steps. It starts with a recruiter call, then a meeting with the hiring manager. After that, you might have team or panel interviews, and then some skills tests. Finally, there's usually a meeting with an executive. Most of these are done over the phone or video.

The interview gave me a good understanding of the job. It was pretty formal but everyone was nice. They asked me about my past work and projects. They also gave me a quick test on the skills needed for the job.

The interview process felt off. The director gave unpleasant replies to simple questions, and the HR questions were weird. It didn't seem like they were genuinely looking to hire anyone. Overall, it doesn't seem like a good place to work.

The interview went well, it was over Microsoft Teams, was interviewed by 3 persons, 1 hiring manager, and 2 project managers. The interview lasted about 30 minutes or so. It was great, I didn't want them nor did they want me, while the pay may be good (SGD 1.8k), there are not a lot of learning opportunities to be gained, nor would you land a full-time position with them since you'd be overseas in China. Also since it's an overseas call, they might not be able to hear you because of the poor connection they might be experiencing so I had to repeat a lot of the things I said.
