The interview process is pretty standard. First, there was a telephonic round that was technical and lasted about 30-40 minutes. After that, they invited me for an in-person interview. This included a 15-minute written exam where I had to answer 50 questions. Finally, I had a face-to-face interview that went for another 30 minutes.

It was a pool placement. First round was a group discussion. Topics were very simple like pros and cons of advertisements, demonetization, pros and cons of social media, digital india etc. Second round was a written aptitude test where there were questions on grammar, mathematics, and analytics. Final round was with HR where they asked basic questions like Tell me about yourself, why you need to work in SSI, what are your strengths and weaknesses. They also asked if I was okay with night shift jobs. Regarding my previous interviews, they mainly stressed on my family background, but I didn't quite understand why.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

We really like it when people are referred by current employees, that's our first choice. If that doesn't work out, we sometimes use vendors. For experienced folks, the very first chat is actually with the Senior VP. If the Senior VP likes you, you'll have to come into the office (either Bangalore or Coimbatore, your call) to do an aptitude/English test. Pass that, and if you're aiming for Bangalore, you'll meet the Director. If you're going for Coimbatore, you'll meet the Branch head/Manager. If you make it past the second round in Bangalore, you'll then face a panel of managers for the final chat. If you passed the second round in Coimbatore, the Director will call you on the phone for the final discussion. The whole thing, from finding you to deciding, usually takes no more than 2-3 days, max, depending on when you're free.
