Talent Acquisition Associate
The hiring manager asked some basic questions about recruitment. They wanted to know why I'm looking to move from my current field into recruiting and how effectively I can communicate. They also asked if I had prior recruitment experience and if I'd be okay with working night shifts.

QA Engineer
I went through 2 rounds of interviews. Got the offer and resigned from my current job. Then, they took 3 weeks for background check. After it was cleared, they asked me on a Saturday afternoon if I could start on Monday. I asked to join the following Monday instead because I had planned a vacation due to the background check delay. On Tuesday, I was told the offer was withdrawn without any communication.
- Tell me about your experience with manual QA testing.
Technical Recruiter
It was a pool placement. First round was a group discussion. Topics were very simple like pros and cons of advertisements, demonetization, pros and cons of social media, digital india etc. Second round was a written aptitude test where there were questions on grammar, mathematics, and analytics. Final round was with HR where they asked basic questions like Tell me about yourself, why you need to work in SSI, what are your strengths and weaknesses. They also asked if I was okay with night shift jobs. Regarding my previous interviews, they mainly stressed on my family background, but I didn't quite understand why.
- What is your definition of an ideal job and how did you prepare for SSI placements?
- Why should we hire you, considering your parents are employed and you might prefer traveling?

Social Worker
The interview was a really easy and supportive conversation. They were interested in learning more about me. They mentioned flexibility and support. It was for a student placement role and I got accepted right away. The manager was quick to set up the system and respond to emails and requests from the university.
- Tell me about your experience.
- How would you describe your collaboration skills?
- What are your expectations for this role?
