Graduate Trainee
The process had a cognitive ability test, then self-recorded videos where I had to answer certain questions. After that, there were group online interviews where we were given scenarios to discuss decision making, pros and cons, etc. Then we had to give a presentation on why we were suitable for the job, and finally a 121 interview with typical questions.
- Could you share an instance where you demonstrated inclusive and diverse values?
