Applied online in October 2022. Had a video interview, then was invited to an assessment centre in January 2023. Got an offer call within a week, but it was retracted because the salary didn't align with the new T2 policy. The AC experience itself was positive, and everyone there, including interviewers and fellow group members, was really nice.

- Mostly behavioral questions were asked during the in-person interview at the AC.
- In the group discussion, each person was given a different part to work on to complete a task, which was related to a low-carbon plan.

After submitting an online application and completing some online verbal and numerical reasoning tests, there was a 10-minute telephone interview. The recruiter was a bit unfriendly and there was a lot of background noise, which I didn't like. The questions were competency-based. The next step after that was the assessment center.
