The interview process involved a group interview, an individual interview where we listened to calls, and a panel interview. The panel, consisting of all female managers, was nice, though there were a few awkward moments. We were told we'd hear back by Friday after the interview on Thursday, but then they sent an apology email saying they missed the deadline. The update was rescheduled for Wednesday, which also didn't happen, so I had to chase them for information. I also asked for feedback from the interview, but received no acknowledgement.

Group Technical Behavioral Presentation

I sent in my application online. It took about three weeks to hear back and go through everything at SSE Dublin. There were 4 stages in total. First, I filled out an application online through their website. Then, there was a group interview where they check out how you work with others and your communication skills. After that, I had to do a reading and writing test to make sure I could understand English and do some simple math. The third stage was a face-to-face interview. Finally, the last stage involved a role-play phone call where I had to stick to a script. They also asked me about how I'd handle specific scenarios and asked for examples.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • How would you handle phone calls from unhappy customers?
  • Describe how you would act in certain customer service situations.
  • Can you provide examples of how you'd manage customer complaints?

4 stage application. Apply online via their website (awful, it asks you to add a CV, then asks you to manually fill out the details as well). You then have an online test (basic questions, makes sure you can understand English, and simple maths). You then have a telephone interview, (they ask what you would do in certain situations, and to give examples). You then have the face to face interviews, which is also split into 4 stages. First stage is a group interview, want to see how you interact as a team, and communication skills. Second stage is a reading and writing assessment. Third is a tour of the building, where the interviewers will ask you questions about what you think so far. Fourth stage is then a one on one interview, with a role play phone call to end (you are given a script to follow)
