The interview process started with a Zoom call, followed by a take-home technical assignment. I haven't done the later stages yet, but I understand the third round is another Zoom interview focusing on behavioral questions. The final round involves flying to their office for a presentation and more behavioral interviews.

Case Technical Presentation Behavioral

I applied in Jan 2023 and heard back pretty quickly. First, there was a screening chat with the recruiter which went well. Then, I had my first case interview, which was about cost reduction and was fairly easy. The interviewer was very approachable. After that, there was an Excel test which was hard to finish on time. Finally, a take-home case assignment where I had to make slides for a client about how SSA can help. I got rejected after that, but was told there was a CEO chat as a final step. I personally feel I had included a lot of analysis for the case assignment, but received the feedback that I could go more in-depth. Felt like they needed free labor to use in their pitches/business development. I don't think anyone should be spending 40 hours a week on a case assignment, especially when there are so many steps to the interview process that lasted two months.

Behavioral Technical Case

This was a 3-round interview process with about 4-5 total interviews. There were 2-3 behavioral interviews and 2-3 technical interviews that included case studies. All interviews were conducted via Zoom, except for the final round. The entire process was completed in under a month. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and straightforward.
