First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SS Supply Chain Solutions.
Software Development Engineer
The interview was pretty straightforward and organized. They mainly wanted to know about the projects I've worked on, how I tackle problems, and practical examples of using my skills. Overall, it was a good experience.
- Could you describe your experience with past projects and your problem-solving approach, including how you've applied your skills in real situations?
Software Engineer
The interview involved explaining how to write SQL queries for reports. I was asked about tracking issues in JIRA and to describe automating Zoho workflows. I also had to share an example of resolving a client issue using Zoho. Then there were a bunch of SQL questions: What is SQL and why is it used? What's the purpose of a primary key and a foreign key in a database? How do you write a basic SELECT statement to get data from a table? What's the difference between WHERE and HAVING clauses? Explain the differences between INNER JOIN, LEFT JOIN, and RIGHT JOIN. How do you use GROUP BY to summarize data? What's the purpose of an index? How would you insert new records using INSERT INTO? Describe how to update and delete records. And how do you handle NULL values in SQL?

Software Engineer
The interview was for a mid-level position. We talked about my projects. The interview performance was key. I didn't get an offer. They didn't ask any technical questions, but I'd recommend preparing for them.
- Could you describe your project?
