Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process started a month after I applied, after a period of being ghosted. The first round was a very short, 8-minute screening call which felt disorganized. Later interviews included discussions about internal politics and team friction. The final round had a key stakeholder no-show, and the senior leader who did attend was dressed casually in a hoodie and was rude throughout.

It started with a quick screening call, then I met the hiring manager. The screening call was super fast, like 5 minutes, maybe because they already liked me and wanted to talk to me. It was kinda confusing because they seemed so excited and set things up quick. Not sure what happened, but then I got ghosted and heard nothing back. Maybe their job needs changed.

I talked to 4 other team members. It was mostly situational, where they asked me about past challenges and experiences I've had with projects that went off track or clients where I had to have difficult conversations. They also asked for my thoughts on potential organizational improvements.

  • Tell me about a project that went off track, including scope, budget, and timeline issues, and how you fixed it while managing client expectations.
