It was a panel interview with some managers and executives plus the recruiter. The vibe was pretty laid back, but they threw in a couple of tough questions. They seemed more interested in my personality than my work history or how I handle interviews. We started with them getting to know me, then they asked some situational questions and we went over my answers.
