Customer Service Representative
The interview process has three main rounds. First, there's a test with customer service scenarios that you have to complete quickly, including a typing section at the end of each. If your typing isn't good, you might not move on, which happened to me before. Next, there's a short 5-minute phone interview with a couple of questions from a set they have. If they like you after that, you'll get invited to a speed dating style interview. This involves 14 tables with 2 interviewers each, and you only get 90 seconds per question. They seem more interested in your reaction than your exact answer, so being friendly, smiling, and energetic is key. After that, if you hear back, they'll set up a drug test and a background check, which is pretty straightforward. It's a very competitive process with a lot of applicants for few spots, but the company is great to work for and has a strong work ethic.
- Can you share an instance where you had to adapt to a significant change in your life?
Customer Service Representative
I first applied online and had to take an assessment where I needed to input correct account info in a timely manner and record customer feedback. About a week or two later, I got an email for a fast track interview that couldn't be rescheduled. It was with 30 people, and they said they were only hiring 6, so 10 people would get a call back (just in case any issues with the drug test or background check). You go to about 14 tables with managers and supervisors. You spend about 90 seconds at each table, and they ask you one question each. After the interview, we were told those selected to move forward would get an email. In less than 48 hours, I got an email asking me to submit my background check, then a call from HR to set up my drug test. I just took my drug test yesterday, and they said they will be sending offers in the next week or two, so I'm waiting.
- How would you manage a scenario where you couldn't comprehend what a customer was saying?
- Which motto best characterizes you?
- Can you work all shifts?

After applying, you get a link to a long assessment with a job simulation where you take 3 calls. For each call, you listen to the audio and choose the 'best response,' then document it. After that, there are personality tests, like seven times, where they ask the same questions over and over in different ways, some even repeat exactly. Then, get ready for a 'fast track interview' at their building. You'll sit through a presentation where an employee explains job details like pay and schedule. Afterward, they take you to a room with 13 tables. At each table, you have 90 seconds to answer an interview question. The time limit is strict, you have to adjust your answer to fit. They do fake pleasantries, ask how you're doing, and smile, but then mock you after you leave. Candidates rotate tables in the same order, so you always follow the same person. They'd ask me to wait a minute before sitting to evaluate the previous candidate. I heard two employees making fun of the previous candidate because of her answer, accent, nervousness, outfit, and trembling. Their process is way too long. They invite too many candidates to these interviews, like 20 leaving when I arrived, 18 in mine, and 15 leaving when I did. They don't filter candidates well, wasting everyone's time. After this long process, they reject you saying your qualifications weren't enough, when they could have just disqualified you from your resume. This hiring process shows they don't run things efficiently, giving a glimpse into how the company might be.
- If we didn't hire you, what would SRP be missing?
- Describe a time you had to deliver bad news.
- Share an instance where you received excellent customer service.
