Proposal Manager
First, there was a screening call. Then I had an interview with a senior manager, which was fine. But then they wanted me to come in person on a rainy day, and I realized the setup wasn't right for me. They also expected me to resign from my current job based on just an email confirmation. I also learned the budget was limited. It seemed strange to invite someone for an in-person interview when things weren't even set up.
- Could you describe the presales process you typically follow?
Java Developer
They have conducted a very bad interview process that took one whole day. I was selected for the second round where they simply asked me about myself and if I was okay with a 3-year bond. That was it. They don't care about you and say they will give a call back but after I called three times, they simply said I was not shortlisted. NOTE: They simply asked me if I was okay with the bond.
- Are you okay with your bond for 3 years?
- Aptitude questions
- Programming questions
Hardware Engineer
I attended the interview as a fresher, just graduated from college. It was a direct walk-in. The process had a written test, followed by technical rounds, then a manager round, and finally HR. I received an offer as a Trainee, and after six months, I got confirmed.
- Were you asked technical questions covering C and Aptitude in the written test?
- Did the technical interviews cover basics of Electronics and C language, and also discuss your college project?
- In the manager and HR round, were you asked about your education, family background, strengths, weaknesses, and goals?
Programmer Trainee
The first part was a technical face-to-face round with some basic coding questions covering Java, SQL, and some general computer topics. Right after that, we moved to the HR round where they explained the joining process and company benefits.
- Could you tell us about classes and objects?
- What is a copy constructor?
- Can you explain constructor overloading?
