It was a short and quick interview process, all completed in one morning. It included an English test, a drawing test, and a GD&T skills test which were easy with simple vocabulary. I got calls back after a few days.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a video call screening and a Behavioral Personality Index test. This was followed by 4 separate one-hour interviews, primarily focused on behavioral questions. While not heavily technical, each interview session had a distinct focus, influencing the nature of the questions asked. The people I interviewed with were generally great, but the company's leadership seems to have issues with arrogance and a lack of respect, contradicting their stated value of leaving egos at the door. Additionally, the compensation appears to be significantly below market rates.
