The interview process had 2 rounds, consisting of basic "tell me about a time" type questions. After my final round, the recruiter ghosted me even though I was promised a follow-up. I asked for feedback on my interview and how I could improve for the future after being rejected, and they ghosted me again. They were very communicative during the interview process, but once they decided against hiring me, they seemed to not care at all.

The interview process started with a video call screening and a Behavioral Personality Index test. This was followed by 4 separate one-hour interviews, primarily focused on behavioral questions. While not heavily technical, each interview session had a distinct focus, influencing the nature of the questions asked. The people I interviewed with were generally great, but the company's leadership seems to have issues with arrogance and a lack of respect, contradicting their stated value of leaving egos at the door. Additionally, the compensation appears to be significantly below market rates.

Technical Behavioral
Had two phone interviews that were very straightforward. Then had a Skype interview with HR and a future colleague, which was pretty easy. After that, I was asked to fly to Chicago. I had to buy my own airplane ticket but was told I could get reimbursed. SRAM made hotel arrangements at a nice hotel. When I checked out, I was told I had to pay the hotel bill with my credit card, even though SRAM booked it. So I was already out over $1000 by the time I got to the interview. Sorry, this is wrong. I had my interviews, which were fairly straightforward and easy. The last one was with HR. Since no one cared that I had to pay my bills, I bombed the HR interview on purpose. I submitted my expenses the next day, and they took 2 weeks to pay them. Again, this is wrong, don't assume candidates have extra money.

First, there was a standard HR interview. Then, I had a take-home assignment to complete. After that, we did a walkthrough of an example situation. They asked about my experience working on software projects with others, my technical skills in Linux and Python, and about projects listed on my resume.
