I interviewed with SRA and found the employees to be friendly and intelligent. This was my first time interviewing with a government/defense contractor, and I realized that this field wasn't the right fit for me at that moment. If you have experience with government contracting, I would probably recommend SRA. Otherwise, make sure you can visit a client site before deciding. The client sites I visited had consultants working in basements, with four developers sharing a small cubicle.

Applied through Dice. Had an initial phone interview with a senior technical manager. The call lasted about an hour and focused on explaining the client site's work. After that, I was invited for an on-site interview. It went well, with about six different people. Most just asked about my past projects, while some queried me on Java technicalities. It wasn't too stressful overall. I received an offer within two weeks.

I interviewed for a role at a large government agency that SRA had a contract with. It started with a phone screen, followed by a two-hour interview. The process felt formal from their side, but I didn't get much info. I wasn't given anything to prep with, and after the interview, I heard nothing about the status. I found out on my own that it went well, but the lack of communication and being left in limbo wasn't for me, so I'm glad it didn't work out.
