HR set up an interview. It was a group phone call with the VP of the business area and the director of the internship program. The interview wasn't hard and I felt relaxed. HR took a very long time to let me know I got the offer. They also had a new HR employee before I finished my internship, so that problem is probably gone now.

I had two phone interviews. First was with HR and then another with the group I was hoping to join. They asked behavioral and fit questions, nothing too tough. Both interviews were about 45 mins to an hour. The second interview was mostly them trying to convince me to join, while the first one was me trying to convince them.

The interview process was pretty fast and simple, with two rounds: a phone call and then a face-to-face meeting. After getting the offer, there was a lot of paperwork, but it was worth it. They also asked for references.
