I had a virtual interview with senior leadership and one team member. It was competency-based, and they seemed to stick to a list of questions instead of having a real conversation. I felt it went poorly because the interviewer didn't seem interested in building rapport and was just focused on getting through their questions, but I did get an offer in the end.

I had an initial interview at my law school, then a call back at the specific office. The interview was with at least 4-5 attorneys, and it felt like a strict, rigid culture.

The interview process was pretty simple and easy. I spoke with 2-3 attorneys who were all really nice and didn't ask too many questions. They specifically sought me out because of my background and experience in a very specialized practice area, which made me a good fit for their team.
