So first there was this online thingy where I had to answer some written questions about environmental law and my salary expectations, and also record a video answering a question about environmental law. There was a time limit for it. After that, I had an online interview with a Partner and a Senior Associate from the department.

I had multiple interviewers, a partner and two associates, in a half hour format. It seemed like the interview was delegated from the recruiting team and they didn't have formal questions prepared. At certain points, I felt like I was leading the call. The callback was also pretty informal but it was better structured and felt more like a traditional interview.
