Started with an HR screening call. Then, I had an online interview for the Jr Trader role focusing on probability. After that, there was another online interview with a Senior PM, covering more probability and resume questions. Finally, they scheduled an onsite interview at the NYC office.

The first part was behavioral plus some basic finance questions. Then there was a second round with probability and math brainteasers. I got rejected after the third round which had probability/statistics/options theory questions. It was a really nice interview process and the questions were fair.

So for this role, it wasn't an entry-level position, and the interview was pretty much all about checking my experience. I had two phone interviews. Mostly, we just chatted about my CV and past experiences, and they told me a bit about the company and the role itself. Both chats were nice, and the people I spoke with were really easy to get along with.
