After submitting my application, I got an email to complete a questionnaire with about 5 to 8 questions. Once I finished that, I received another email asking me to do some tests on Test Gorilla and also make 3 video responses using Loom.

They don’t really give you much feedback. They make answer a questionnaire and it can be hard. A video talking about your experience, why do you want to work for them, etc.
