I applied online and the application had two parts. The first collected my info, resume, etc. The second part had screening tasks like booking travel and meetings for 3 people in different timezones using Google Calendar and Docs. I thought this was easy as I had done it before. After they reviewed my application, I took the TestGorilla assessment. I had 3 days to complete it and was given 3 questions beforehand to prepare for a one-sided video interview. This was nice as I could think of my experiences and draft responses. The tests were fairly easy, took about an hour, and I saw my scores immediately. I scored well, around the 85th percentile. I thought I'd get a call for an interview (phone or Zoom) within a few weeks. Instead, I was emailed an offer about 3 weeks later, which I accepted.

You have to fill out some online forms and answer questions that are typical for an assistant role. Then, you need to submit videos where you talk about your past administrative experience. After that, you wait for an email. If you get the email, you can do a two-week training period, and then you wait to be placed with a client.

The initial stages were straightforward, but once the subsequent emails were dispatched, the company's communication and instructions became unclear. There were unprofessional responses and gaslighting when applicants didn't anticipate what was required. It appears the company is undergoing significant structural changes and has not adequately trained its hiring staff.
