First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market.
Stocker
The manager made it seem like working at sprouts is a really tough job. He kept cutting me off when I was trying to answer his questions. The manager, who was 5'5, seemed really insecure and intimidated by me being 6 ft. All I wanted was the job to meet women.

Stocker
It was an okay experience. The pay was around average at about $10 per hour. The work hours varied. The company was understaffed and offered minimal raises. The culture was pretty friendly, but the managers could be a bit much.
