The interview process was really great, a 10 out of 10 experience overall. It was a long process, but totally worth it because I got to talk to some amazing people and learned a lot from them. I've had lots of interviews before, but this one at Sprout Social was exceptional. I remember telling Michelle that I'd take all the knowledge they shared with me, whether I got the job or not. They really focus on getting to know the real you during the interviews, letting you be your authentic self while answering questions. Getting to know some of the team members made me want to be a part of this awesome group right from the start. Big thanks to everyone, especially Michelle Allen, you're the best!

Technical Behavioral Presentation

My interview process for the Customer Support Specialist role in Ireland was entirely remote and went smoothly. First, I got an online assessment shortly after applying, which involved answering a customer issue question within two days. Then, a recruiter gave me a relaxed 30-minute call screen. After that, I had a 45-minute video call with the hiring manager, focusing on my background and some behavioral questions. The next step was a 60-minute panel interview with the hiring manager and three team members, covering background, technical, and behavioral aspects. A final interview with the senior hiring manager, similar to the panel, was scheduled separately due to holidays. I applied in early April and got an offer by the end of the month, making it a great first multi-step interview experience.

Applied on the 7th of March via the website, and on the 9th of March, Michelle (the recruiter) got in touch for a take-home test. I was on leave and didn't have a laptop but she allowed me to do it upon my return. I took my time with the assessment, and on the 15th of March, Michelle called me to discuss the role more. I really liked the company from the start and how Michelle made me feel comfortable. I was kept updated on the next steps. On March 20th, I had a screening call with a TL, which was a casual chat about my background and why I wanted to join. It felt very welcoming. On March 21st, I had a panel interview with peers and managers. Michelle made sure my tech was working beforehand. It was a casual interview, and I felt relaxed despite some challenging questions. I enjoyed interacting with the peers. Michelle followed up after the interview for my feedback and to explain what happens next. It was great that feedback could be shared both ways! The whole process was smooth, the recruitment team really cares about the candidate experience, and the people are passionate and welcoming.
