The interview process started off great with a recruiter who was upfront and gave good feedback. After two interviews, one with the recruiter and a manager, the third interview involved a presentation on myself, my experience, and a product pitch for Sprout Social over Zoom. During this presentation, a manager named Marco unexpectedly typed 'no for me' into the Zoom chat, which was very distracting. I think he meant to send it privately to another manager. After I asked the recruiter about it, she said Marco was responding to a question I asked the team, but I doubt this as he was speaking to me on the call. The dishonesty and disorganization of the process made me decide to look elsewhere.

Had a phone screen with the HR recruiter, then another phone screen with the hiring manager. After that, I had an in-person meeting with the hiring manager and some team members. The final interview involved a presentation to the managers and a few people from the team.

It was pretty straightforward, with three interviews in total. The last one involved giving a presentation that you had to prepare beforehand. A panel of three managers conducted this final interview. You'll need to be comfortable with public speaking, have a lot of energy, and be outgoing.
