Applied, recruiter called about 2 weeks later, asked standard questions, didn't share much about the job, said it would take 3 weeks. Didn't hear back for a month. Then had a first interview with the same recruiter, again not much info shared. They didn't explain the delay or why it was another first interview. I withdrew because if they can't manage the interview process, I don't trust them with other things.

I went through 6 rounds of interviews. It started with a recruiter, then the Area Manager, followed by interviews with 3 Field Sales Reps, and finally the VP of Sales. It was kind of weird, some of the interviews felt like they were actively trying to discourage me from taking the job. Talking to other sales reps was particularly strange, especially since they were in different territories and managed different client portfolios than what this role would involve.

Started with a phone call with the hiring manager, which was super chill and conversational, not robotic at all. Then, I had an on-site with the manager, their boss, a project manager, and the sales manager. Even the on-site felt like a casual chat, though they did throw in some typical HR questions. Overall, the whole thing was pretty relaxed and fun, and they moved through it quickly. Oh, and be mindful of how you interact with the receptionist – I noticed ours was really friendly, which I think says a lot about the company culture and how happy people are there. They also asked for 5 references, which is more than the usual 3, so make sure you've got that list ready!
