This company tends to underpay, asking for current salary info to lower their offers. After my interview, I was told management wanted me for the role and an offer was being prepared. However, they required my current salary and proof before extending an offer. I refused to provide this, and the process stopped. This suggests the company pays significantly below market rates. Based on my qualifications and interview, I was clearly a good fit. Rejecting an offer because of a salary disclosure requirement indicates poor decision-making by leadership at Springs.

I applied online and then had a chat with HR, followed by conversations with two hiring managers. The hiring managers seemed unclear about the job's responsibilities and priorities, and it didn't match the job description either. They both mentioned they hadn't been with the company for long. This lack of organization during the interviews made me lose confidence in the role's potential for success.

First there was a quick phone chat, then a 30 min in-person interview. If that went well, there was another in-person interview where I met with 4 different people for about half an hour each. They were all really nice.
