Process with the managers and people who hold similar positions to the role being advertised. This allows for an understanding of the day-to-day of the job and to envision oneself in the role.

Recruiter
Had two initial Teams interviews, but the recruiter didn't ask any formal questions, mostly talking about the company and the role. The recruiter informed me in advance about the third interview's structure, but on the day, nothing was followed. The third interview with the Geneva team was disastrous; some team members were uninterested, laughed among themselves, were cold, didn't ask me any questions, and then criticized me for not asking questions. The team is mostly foreign but looks down on candidates. Get off your high horse and remember where you came from. Be more empathetic and welcoming to candidates! It felt like the interview wasn't prepared, and I felt disrespected.

Recruitment Consultant
This was a truly terrible interview experience. There were 7 interviews over 4.5 months, and I waited 2 months after the last interview to get a rejection, even after I hounded them for a response. For a recruitment agency, this is pretty wild! I had my worst interview process ever with Spring. You'll be treated like cattle with no empathy. I initially applied for a digital recruitment consultant role, but it changed to a Banking & Insurance recruitment consultant, then to the Marketing and Sales sector, and finally back to IT recruitment (so again, a role that didn't match the one I was contacted for at all). It's an agency that's good at volume now but doesn't understand recruitment for the future. Spring has no credibility left because its practices are still archaic.

- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- Can you interpret 2-3 points from the personality test?
