First, a 35-minute phone call where everything was great regarding salary expectations. Second, a 1-hour video call with the agency's N+2. During this interview, the salary decreased compared to the first one, but they needed to confirm. Third, a 1-hour video call with the regional director where they asked the exact same things as in the previous two interviews. They briefly mentioned the company car as a benefit (they didn't say it's at the end of the contract) and the variable pay explanation was vague, but you'll only get the papers after resigning. Fourth, an interview at the agency with the N+2 who asked the same questions again and wanted to be convinced to hire you because she had doubts.

The interview process felt very personal and friendly. It was very quick and agile. I felt very comfortable. While waiting, I filled out a form with references and personal data (LOPD). They offered me water, and the room was quite intimate.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved 4 distinct interviews: first with a recruitment consultant, then with a team manager, followed by the agency director, and finally the regional director for Paris. However, the experience with the agency director, Mr. Belaid, was very negative. He initially seemed very positive about the opportunity, suggesting that collaboration would be possible, but then there was complete silence. He stopped responding to calls and emails. It's frustrating when people say recruitment firms are scams when you encounter practices like those at Spring in Lille. This is what I call the 'cancer' of recruitment; I should have paid more attention to the criticism of Spring Lille when I started my recruitment process. When the agency director promises a callback within two days to provide an update, you expect to receive one. Unfortunately, he doesn't seem to understand the meaning of commitment. If I could give them advice, it's that they are managing people, not products. People have expectations. I strongly advise against them.
