The principal was very professional, polite, and communicated great one week before the interview was scheduled. I would highly recommend. Excellent benefits. Great team environment, beautiful campus. Many activities offered, small class sizes.

Teacher
I applied online and was then invited to a weekend job fair interview at one of the campuses with other candidates. After that, I had to interview with a principal and teach a sample lesson. Everyone was really nice and friendly.

First, you have to take a test and write an essay so they can assess where you are as a teacher. Then, do a lesson in a class and after that you will have an interview with questions.
- What motivates you to pursue a career in teaching?
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a difficult situation in a previous class and how you managed it?
