Teacher
The principal was very professional, polite, and communicated great one week before the interview was scheduled. I would highly recommend. Excellent benefits. Great team environment, beautiful campus. Many activities offered, small class sizes.
- Can you explain how you would implement differentiated instruction?
Marketing Coordinator
The hiring process went on for more than 4 weeks and included 3 interviews, which is quite a long time for a junior position. On top of that, they never let me know that the job was already filled. To me, that's just not professional, especially after I interviewed with three different people.
- Tell me about a challenge you faced at work and how you handled it.
Marketing
This experience is from a passive candidate, and I can only talk about my experience. The whole interview process took too long, about 4 months, and there were last-minute changes, including another interview. The first three interviews were okay, but I highly recommend that people applying ask to meet the hiring manager after the second round, as this is the person you'll report to and it can make or break your experience. My questions revealed major red flags in the organization, so I decided to withdraw my application because the hiring manager's attitude/values didn't align with mine, nor did the organization's values. A tip: if something is even slightly mentioned during the interview process, it's a huge issue, so steer clear. Good luck to whoever takes this role.
- Tell me about your experience.
Talent Acquisition Partner
So, I went through three virtual interviews. It started with a recruiter, then I spoke to the hiring manager, and finally, an operations manager. The whole thing took over 20 days, which was a bit of a wait. After all that, Spring Education Group just sent me a standard rejection email from their ATS. Honestly, I was pretty taken aback and disappointed by how unprofessional and impersonal it felt to get an automated rejection after three interviews and over three weeks of my time.
