The interview process had three rounds. First, an HR phone screen for 30 minutes. Second, a 30-minute call with the hiring manager. Finally, a 1-hour work sample panel interview that included a presentation and Q&A. It took many hours to prepare the slides for the presentation. HR was responsive and communicative throughout the process, answering questions and providing updates, but I was disappointed by one interviewer's lack of engagement during the presentation and Q&A after I spent 10 hours creating a 20-slide work sample.

After applying online, I had an initial phone call scheduled with the recruiter. It was supposed to be about half an hour, and was normal and easy to go with, very polite and personal.

I had an initial phone screen with the hiring manager. They then connected me with a few different people at the company to see which department would be the best fit for me. Each person I spoke with gave me a lot of details about their roles. After that, I had an in-person interview with 4 interviewers. I had to prepare a presentation, and after that, we had a good conversation to clear up any questions either of us had.
