First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Spreetail.
Supply Chain Analyst
I really enjoyed the interview process; they were quick to respond, getting back to me within 2 business days after each stage. First, there was a 30-minute phone chat with the recruiter where they asked general and some situational questions. Next, I had a 30-minute video interview with the hiring manager, who was very laid-back. We discussed a database management project and my previous work experience. The final round was a 1-hour session involving a case study/work sample presentation, followed by situational and behavioral questions from a panel. The work sample focused on demand planning and required advanced Excel skills and e-commerce supply chain knowledge; it was moderately challenging, and my advice is to keep your approach straightforward.

Buyer
After applying, I was quickly contacted to set up a phone interview with HR. Then, I was invited to their offices in Lincoln for an in-person interview. This second interview was with an HR rep and someone from the department, lasting only about 30 minutes. I didn't get to interview with a potential supervisor, which was disappointing given I took a whole day off. Although I felt the interview went well, I never heard back. I waited a couple weeks and tried to reach out multiple times over two months via phone and email, but got no response. It would have been nice to at least get an email saying I wasn't selected, especially after investing so much time.
- Describe a time you made an error at work.

The interview process was a bit longer than anticipated and went for about 5 weeks. First, there was an HR screening. Second, a video interview with the hiring manager. Third, a video interview with the team. The final round was onsite at Lincoln. The week before, I was given a case study which I had to solve and present it to the team. They put me up at a really nice hotel and I had plenty of time to prepare for the interview the next day. Throughout the interview process everyone from the recruiter to the Managers were really friendly and accommodating. After the final round they are pretty quick when it comes to deciding candidates.
